Great little app. Does exactly what you want: makes it easy to compare month payments/total cost of loans at different rates and length of terms.

Great interest amortization tool.

Overall calculations seem to be good, but the options for down payments and tax rates are too limited for me to be able to get a valid calculation.

Not too much going on though... But very good and does what u need :). Zillow tries to make u think u can buy a castle

Simple to use, helps you see how the different pieces interact (term length affecting amount of interest paid for example). I use it on the job to quickly calculate loan payments for customers with questions. I like that you can enter figures without using the sliders if you want or if the numbers arent covered by the sliders.

Great tool to have during my refinance process .

Not everyone gets loans in $10,000 increments, I need an app that gets closer to what my loan amount is going to be

Loan amounts only go to $1,000,000...The downpayment only goes to 40%...interest rates wont go to zero, and max out too low to be used for investment and commercial properties. Beautiful app, but way too limited to be used by industry people.

It does what it is supposed to do and is easy to use. I used it while applying for a loan and was able to correct my loan guy on the bottom line. Like!

Say for instance, your home loan is for a co-op.

So easy to use! This is the app to consult when buying a house or a car. The amortization chart allows you to see the loan balance at monthly intervals; super helpful! Love, love, love it!

It is hard to stop the interactive sliders accurately at the values I wanted. They should have added input fields, too.
